A lot has changed since our July update. Here is a quick look at the new ways to connect, protect your account, prepare car listings, and keep track of your activity on 1TEMS.
The new Messenger brings listing conversations together in one place. Keep up with unread chats and, when price offers are available for a listing, make an offer, send a counter-offer, or respond to one you receive. You can also choose to turn on browser notifications for new messages on supported devices.
You now have more ways to access your account: an email sign-in code or a passkey, alongside your existing sign-in options. In Security settings, you can manage passkeys and add authenticator-based two-step verification, with backup codes to keep for recovery.
Connect a supported assistant to help create, edit, and check Vehicle → Car drafts. You choose what draft access to grant and can revoke a connection later. The assistant cannot publish for you: open the saved draft in 1TEMS, add your photos, review the details, and submit it yourself.
Eligible company accounts can see campaign-funded listing opportunities and track their available slots in the dashboard. Availability depends on the active campaign and your company’s eligibility; the dashboard shows what applies to you.
Top-up invoices are available from your wallet, and listing payment details make it clearer whether a personal or company wallet funded a charge, where your permissions allow it.
The feed can show when new matching listings arrive. We have also made car-post drafts and the multi-step form more reliable, and added clearer controls for cookie preferences.
Explore the updates in your account, and keep an eye on the Newsroom for more product changes.
